Seasons of Harvest, in association with Lalalicious, is approved to offer the Internationally recognized culinary diploma in food production and cooking. It is an accredited training course which is supervised by an international awarding body that is regulated by Ofqual.

CURRICULUM:

The course is a combination of a weekly theory and cooking lesson as well as notional hours spent in the Lalalicious production kitchen. Our Silwood trained head chef, Caley, has skillfully selected the training modules of the qualification to ensure that the learners get exposed to all the sections in a production kitchen. Lessons are based around each student and their individual needs and work pace so that they can build their confidence and self-worth skills too.

Each student puts together a portfolio of evidence during their course, this file consists of photos of all the dishes prepared by the student, including worksheets, projects, and the recipes made during the course. The portfolio is then sent to the marking body in Scotland where the evidence is marked and the student is then awarded with a grade on their certificate.
